Paragon Pearl 22 - Clamshell Kiln

The Pearl-series firing chamber top lifts out of the way to give convenient access to the shelf area. Air pistons in all Pearls assist in lifting the top. You can place the Pearl-22 on a table without an extra stand. To keep them cool for long, trouble-free service, electrical components are mounted inside the base of the Pearl-22. The Pearl-22, has deluxe mercury relay. For unsurpassed heat distribution, the Pearl-22, includes sidewall elements. The lid elements use an element groove that eliminates element pins, because the element coils are wider than the groove opening. The sidewall elements are protected in dropped, recessed brick grooves. The Pearl-22 has a 3" thick firebrick top.
