IRON SOLDERING TIP

This 1/2" to 1/4" chisel point iron tip is precision machined from the finest tellerium copper to assure maximum heat transfer. It is individually racked and centerless ground to assure the close fit in the barrel of the iron necessary for efficient heat transfer. The alloy overplated on all but the working surface inhibits oxidation and amalgamation as well as sticking or freezing of the tip shank in the iron. The tip is also pre-tinned on the working surface, making it ready for immediate use.
