In May, 1998 we moved to our new facility in Warrenville, IL. The 75,000 sq. ft. building provides us with the opportunity to not only increase our depth (quantity) of items, but also the breadth of our product offering. We've added a new product every working day of the year!

Our sales staff is always on hand to answer your questions, take your order, or make a will-call appointment. At Ed Hoy's, you'll talk to PEOPLE not machines.

We have a very busy training room in our building as well. The training room was recently renovated (February 07’) and is now equipped with 10 kilns and 12 torch stations. This room is used for guest instruction, customer classes, and employee product training. Everyone at Ed Hoy's International is encouraged to use the training room often. After all, how can we answer your questions without first-hand knowledge of the products?

The warehouse is enormous. Customers are encouraged to make will-calls, so they can browse our 1/2 million square feet of art glass for themselves! The glass section is equipped with dual use light boxes (illuminating in both incandescent and fluorescent), so the glass can be inspected for different types of projects. All art glass is segregated by manufacturer and item number for ease of selection. With an additional 1 million square feet of production run glass- you'll never run out of choices!

While browsing our facility, visit "Cleve's Corner". This is an ever-changing inventory of discontinued, scratched, and dented items. Customers looking for a good deal will find it in Cleve's Corner.

Customers who have their order shipped want to know that their product will arrive undamaged. For UPS glass, we wrap and completely cushion the glass with spray foam.

For customers ordering supplies, we take extra measures to ensure safe delivery. Liquids are bagged with absorbent vermiculite. The entire package has a cushion of foam nuggets. With our racking system, we are able to carry more products and a deeper supply of those products than ever before. We significantly reduced the out-of-stock problems that are associated with vendor shortages.
